Ms. Megan Harrison

Hi there!
This is Megan and I am a senior at Model Secondary School for Deaf in Washington, D.C., Class 0f 2008! I grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia.  I have loved to play golf since I was 8 years old.  My goal in the future is to become a model, an actress, or join LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Agency) and I can be the first deaf woman in LPGA in world.  ☺

I want to go on this trip because I have always loved science. I am very curious about how things happen and I like to investigate.

( Hello )!
I am Laura Akelyte, I am a senior at MSSD. I live in Philadelphia, PA, but i was born in Lithuania, Europe. I enjoy watching any kind of movie, chatting with friends, and cheerleading.

I want to go on the Faults in the Field trip because I am interested in geosciences.  When I was in grades 9-10 at my school in Lithuania i was motivated and excited to learn about science.  When we went on the trip to the Anacostia River I was excited about that trip and learned a lot.  Maria Solovey told me about this trip and seeing the colors and learning about the Earth' past.  I want to know more about it!
